These are some of the frequently asked questions we have gotten along the way. If you have a question and don't see it here, please reach out to us and we will be happy to answer!

Are you licensed, insured, & bonded?

Yes! We are a licensed business in San Diego County and have pet insurance and bonding through Pet Care Insurance

What times can I schedule services?

All services are provided within a 2-hour time block. The time blocks we provide services are as follows:

8:00 - 10:00 AM

10:00 - 12:00 PM

12:00 - 2:00 PM

2:00 - 4:00 PM

4:00 - 6:00 PM

6:00 - 8:00 PM

Do you have an extra pet fee?

All of our service fees include 2 pets! Each additional pet is $10

Will the same person be visiting my home each time?

Nanette and I (Rae) are the only two people providing all services. It will always be one or the other providing all services.

What are your office hours?

Our administrative hours are Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. All calls, emails, and texts will be returned during that time.

Can you come at an exact time for my pet?

Typically, no. Because there are only two of us providing services and working with animals comes with some unpredictability, we are not always able to guarantee a specific service time.

What is your cancellation policy?

If cancellation occurs two or more weeks prior to services, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs two weeks up to 48 hours prior, you will receive a 50% refund. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of service, you will receive no refund.

All holiday services are non-refundable.

Why do I have to provide parking for you during services?

Part of our requirements is that a parking spot be available to us at all times while services are provided. This is because we are trying to keep a fairly tight schedule most days and are not able to drive around for an extended period of time looking for parking. It's also because if there is an emergency, we will need to be able to access our vehicle quickly.

When should I schedule services?

As soon as you know the dates you need! Because there are only two of us providing services, we book up quickly during holiday and summer months. Contacting us as soon as you know your travel dates is the best way to ensure your pets will be cared for.

How do I schedule services?

All of our services are scheduled through the Time to Pet app. Once you are an existing client, you are able to schedule services at any time by requesting them through the app.

What areas do you provide services?

We provide services within an 8 mile radius of our location in North Park.

Do you offer boarding and/or daycare services?

We do not currently offer any boarding or daycare services.
